Can you offer flexible contracts?

Yes! We offer flexible contracts (minimum 8 weeks) to those studying at Warsash Maritime Academy. 

You tell us your course dates, and we'll create a bespoke contract just for you.

What are my payment options?

Your rent can be paid either in full in advance or monthly. If you choose to pay monthly, you will need a UK based guarantor to countersign your contract.

 

 

 

Can I live with my coursemates?

Yes!

For larger groups, we offer flats of 6, 8 or 10 bedrooms. If you are a smaller group, you can still stay in the same flat. We'll just allocate you with other like-minded students to fill the remaining rooms.

There is a section in the above enquiry form where you can let us know the names of people you would like to live with.

Can I extend my stay?

We know plans can change. So if you need to extend your contract, just let us know at reception, and we can help you with this.

Please note, that while we can extend stays, we're not able to shorten contracts. 

Do you offer parking?

Yes! We have 140 parking spaces available on site. These are offered to our residents on a first-come, first-served basis. You can secure a space once you have completed an accommodation booking. 

What bills do I need to pay for?

To keep life simple, all of your accommodation-related bills are covered in the rent. This includes:

  • Utilities (Water & Electric)
  • Fast Wi-Fi
  • Contents Insurance
  • Communal Cleaning
  • Free Laundry Allowance!
